Sharlene Woolston

Sharlene is an emergency nurse, a mother of four boys, and a professional trainer. While no two days are ever the same in Sharlene’s world, she is consistent in the high energy and care she brings to every patient and every job. She has been a Registered Nurse (RN) for over 25-years and, as well as working here in Aotearoa, she has also nursed in London and India. Twenty years of her nursing career has been spent in the field of emergency medicine. In addition to being an RN, Sharlene has further qualifications in Infection Control, Adult Education and Training, and Advanced Life Support. She is a great communicator and is dedicated to youth development and making a difference. In addition to her nursing role online for Emergency Consult, Sharlene works on the frontline in Waikato Hospital’s Emergency Department.
