Monique Marsh

Monique is originally from Auckland, where she completed a Masters in Nursing with first class honours. She has a special interest in cardiac nursing, advanced nursing and leadership – and has worked across various wards and units in both Auckland and Waikato hospitals. Most recently Monique served as Charge Nurse Manager in Waikato’s Cardiac Cath Lab. Nowadays Monique leads the aged care portfolio within the Emergency Consult business as well as looking after a range of clients that comprise EDs, acute care, and primary care. Her broad nursing experience, natural organisation and operational management skills, enable her to effectively lead a team of virtual RNs and engage with clients across a range of healthcare settings.
