Lyndsay “Lynz” Kidd-Edis

Lynz is widely travelled and has considerable international nursing experience. She originally gained her nursing degree in the UK before emigrating to New Zealand in 1997. After a few years here she left our shores for the Middle East, the cruise ship industry, and Australia. Since re-settling in NZ in 2013, Lynz has systematically set about building upon her experience and gaining further qualifications. She upskilled to Clinical Nurse Specialist, then gained her Master of Nursing degree with first class honours, qualifying as a Nurse Practitioner in Acute/Emergency Care Lifespan. Lynz has worked in hospital EDs and urgent care clinics across the upper North Island. She treats both adult and child patients but has a particular interest in paediatrics. She now has over 25 years of nursing experience (20 of which have been within the emergency and urgent care specialty). Lynz prides herself on delivering a high standard of patient care and bringing positivity to her workplace. She is known for her humour, is happily married with a son, and enjoys walking, paddleboarding and singing.
