Judith “Judy” Cantwell

With over 45 years clinical nursing experience, Judy brings vast and multi-faceted capability. She is a long-standing RN with Waikato DHB’s Nursing Resource Team and has worked in all areas of the hospital including the critical care pool, aged care, and ED. Furthermore, she is an experienced Practise Nurse having worked in community clinics. Judy’s pragmatic and organised approach is balanced by a great sense of humour. She is a highly motivated professional but she is also a down-to-earth, non-judgmental patient advocate. Judy originally trained in Auckland, and spent 5 years nursing in Saudi Arabia, but has otherwise spent her career caring for the people of the Waikato. She has worked in Hamilton, Cambridge and Tauranga.
